Critical thinking skills to enable development of learning of strong essay writing abilities

Brainstorming for ideas, effective essay structure development, compelling introductions and conclusions, argumentation strategies, usage of real-life examples to support your ideas, use of literary devices and language features to enhance writing

Effective and purposeful reading for comprehension, identification of main points and ability to paraphrase answers effectively and accurately

VALUE ADD: 

Small group interactive discussions using real-world scenarios (newspaper articles, news clips, videos) on current affairs, local and global issues and construction of valid arguments and points.
